What is Aidfolk?
Aidfolk is an AI customer support agent for your website. You give it your help center, documentation, files and notes; it answers your customers' questions in a chat window on your site, in seconds, and shows the sources it used.
How does it learn from my content?
It reads your website (by following its links or its sitemap), the files you upload and the notes you write, and indexes them. For each question it finds the most relevant passages and answers from those. There's no model training and no code.
Will the chatbot make things up?
Every agent is told to answer only from your sources and to say it doesn't know when they don't hold the answer, and you can write that reply yourself. Sources are listed under each answer, so customers and your team can check them.
How long does it take to set up?
